HOW THE EPISCOPAL CHURCH BUILDING FUND EVALUATES YOUR LOAN APPLICATION

We use these documents and data to evaluate your loan application:

Parochial Report: This report shows your congregation’s membership, average attendance, financial stewardship and operating budget. This report shows your congregation’s history and provides a look at your ability to repay a loan in a mission-minded way.

Your parish’s annual financial statements: We will review the last three years of your congregation’s annual financial statements to understand your ministries and accomplishments.

Current, year-to-date financial information: We will ask you to provide the current fiscal year information.

Future plans: If these are available, we will review your future ministry plan, construction plans for the building project, and budget projections for future years, including any additional expenses.
